In the play, Reynold, frustrated by his situation and trying to prove something to his girlfriend, attempts to make the world's most perfect fondue... without counting the cost.
It's a funny comedy, but at the performances I've seen the audience always goes "Awwww..." at the end. Heartwarming is the word, I guess.

The Secret of Jarlsberg premiered in May of 2011 in Los Angeles at The Still Speaking Theatre as part of "Chaos Theory - a Festival of Short Plays" with Ryan Caldwell as Reynold, and Cassandra Smith as Jennifer, directed by Erin Merritt.
