The Fourth Ghost
The Ghost (Betsy Landin) grabs a selfie with Ebeneezer (Chip Bolcik) in the 2016 production at the Ruskin Group Theatre.

Charles Dickens' classic tale A Christmas Carol gets a new ending when Ebeneezer is confronted by an unexpected visitor - a fourth and final ghost who hates Christmas! It's a short play, and while it speaks a little to the consumerism and excess of today's holiday season, it's mostly just funny for the sake of being funny. The play is available from the playwright, published in 105 Five-Minute Plays or on the New Play Exchange.

The play premiered at the Gorilla Tango Theatre in Chicago, and was revived at the Ruskin Group Theatre in Santa Monica, and most recently was revived at A Shot of Theater in Easthampton, Massachussetts.
